The Heritage Team looks forward to serving you during the 2026 Concerts on the Square season! Our goal is to ensure you and your guests enjoy an elevated dining experience featuring high-quality foods and enhanced service, all while you enjoy talented musicians.

Food Options:

Taste the season's freshest ingredients through our featured menus:

-Weekly Tasting Menu: Themed 3-course menu that reflect this week's musicians! Changes from week to week. Please note that this menu is set and cannot be changed, except for dietary aversions.

-À La Carte Menu: Customizable menus allowing you to select and combine dishes that suit your personal taste and food preference.

-Heritage BBQ Box: Complete picnic-style BBQ menu perfect for a casual, flavorful dining experience. Please note that this menu is set and cannot be changed, except for dietary aversions.

-Featured Specials: Menu items added by Chef throughout the season


Beverage Options:

-Our Beverage Menu features hand-selected wine bottles to pair with your meal, beer and wine cocktail options, and non-alcoholic selections.

-A limited Beverage Menu is available during service. Subject to availability and substitutions.


Service & Schedule:

-Each table will have a dedicated Table Captain and Table Captain Assistant for service needs.

-Food service is coursed out to provide a proper flow of food delivery and time to consume.

-Our team will do our best to serve based on the timeline below.

-Please note that these times are when each course begins to be served. Your table will be served each course prior to the next course time begins.

-We appreciate your timing grace during food delivery as we deliver to ~500 guests each week.


5:30 PM: Table seating opens

Pre-ordered beverages will be stored in an ice-filled cooler next to your table.

5:40 PM: Preset

5:50 PM: Small Plates

6:20 PM: Main Courses

7:00 PM: Concert Starts (Our staff must exit the floor during the concert. We will return during Intermission and following the concert.)

~7:45 PM: Desserts (during Intermission)

TABLESIDE ORDERING DETAILS:


Ordering Timeline:

-Orders open June 1, 2026.

-All orders must be submitted by 12pm the Sunday prior to each concert.


Before Ordering:

-Obtain your table section & table number.

-Know how many guests are at your table.

-Gather dietary information for each guest at your table.


Ordering:

-All menu items are portioned for 4-5 guests! Ensure you are ordering the correct amount of food per your table size.

-Every table must have its own individual order. If ordering for multiple tables, please place a separate order for each table.

-Every concert must have its own individual order. If you have tables for multiple concerts, please place a separate order for each concert.


Pricing:

-Local tax of 5.5% will be added to all food and beverage.

-A 20% service fee will be applied to all food and beverage. A service charge is not gratuity towards your Table Captain.

-A 3% processing fee is applied when credit or debit cards are used.

-Additional on-site beverage purchases must be pre-authorized during the ordering process and will be invoiced within one week of purchase.

Reserved Lawn Sections: Menus & Ordering Details

The Heritage Team is pleaseed to offer buffet-style services for Reserved Lawn Sections - offering a perfect casual vibe while you enjoy the concert!


RESERVED LAWN SECTION DETAILS:


Menu:

-À La Carte Food Menu: Customize your menu with selections that suit your group's food preferences.

-Beverage Menu: Offerings include wine bottles, canned beers and wine cocktails, and non-alcoholic refreshers.


Service & Schedule:

4:30 PM: Set-up Begins

5:45 PM: Buffet Opens

Our staff will periodically check-in to address any food and beverage needs.

~8:30 PM: Concert Concludes, Tear-down Begins
